ENAR 2022 Spring Meeting Update

Based on the recent survey results from our participants, the ENAR Executive Committee and the Regional Committee have decided that a hybrid Spring Meeting would best serve our members. We understand that each person’s situation is different, and a hybrid format allows ENAR to be as inclusive as possible.

What you can expect if you attend the meeting virtually:
Virtual participants will have access to the educational program, invited and contributed oral presentations, the Presidential Address, poster presentations, and virtual networking opportunities through the virtual meeting platform. Please note that there will be no penalties for switching from one format to the other at any time leading up to the Spring Meeting.

What you can expect if you attend the meeting in-person:
Our in-person ENAR 2022 Spring Meeting will have a focus on safety. Proof of a COVID-19 vaccination will be required during the registration process and masks will be required to be worn by all meeting participants, in all in-door meeting spaces. Meeting rooms will be set up to accommodate seating arrangements that adhere to social distancing guidelines.

We are excited that this new format will provide the best meeting experience for all. Some additional considerations are being discussed with the Marriott Marquis Houston to better serve our participants in a COVID-safe environment, including grab-and-go meals for attendees and other meeting space logistics. We ask that as you are making your lodging decisions, please prioritize staying at the conference hotel to help make these accommodations feasible. This will give ENAR the best financial support to keep this conference going for more years to come. Reservations at the ENAR room rate can be made here.

You can keep current on the latest announcements through our meeting website here. Our ENAR team will reach out to course instructors, session leaders and presenters next week with additional information. A virtual registration option will be available starting Monday. All current registrants will be contacted to confirm you still plan to attend in-person.
