Registration Details
The ENAR 2022 Spring Meeting will be hosted as a hybrid meeting at the Marriott Marquis Houston from March 27-30. The meeting brings together researchers and practitioners from academia, industry and government, connected through a common interest in Biometrics.
Registration rates are the same for both in-person and virtual attendees. If you register as a virtual attendee and decide you want to come in person (or vice versa), there is no penalty for the switch. Registration will also include access to on-demand recordings of all concurrent sessions, including the Presidential Address for all attendees.

ENAR 2022 Spring Meeting COVID Policy**
ENAR’s first priority is the safety and welfare of our members, attendees, industry partners and staff. In order to provide lower risk to participants for in-person events ENAR is implementing the following safety protocols. We will closely monitor COVID guidelines and update requirements prior to the Spring Meeting, if necessary.
- All registrants for the ENAR 2022 Spring Meeting will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination during the registration process. If a registrant does not utilize the online registration system, the registrant will need to show his/her vaccination card when checking in onsite.
- Masks are required to be worn by all meeting participants, in all meeting spaces.
This policy is based on guidance and recommendations issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other public health authorities. The COVID-19 vaccines approved by the FDA for emergency use authorization and the vaccines that the FDA has fully approved have been determined to be critical in reducing the community prevalence of COVID-19.

Cancellation Policy
Registration fee, less a $100 administrative fee, will be refunded if written notice is received BY February 15, 2022. Requests for refunds will not be honored AFTER February 15, 2022. No refunds will be issues for the cancellation of Short Courses, Tutorials or Roundtables.
