March 8, 2022 | Hotel Early Bird Rate Ends This Friday!
This Friday, March 11, is the final day to take advantage of the Early Bird rate for the Marriott Marquis Houston. Don’t miss your chance to save! March 7, 2022 | Vaccination Card Upload
We are aware that some registrants are having an issue when uploading the vaccination card required for in-person registration. If you find that after you upload your vaccination card that the site is not progressing to the Registration page, please try the following work-around:
- After uploading your vaccination card, please click the "Next" button TWO times. The page may take a few seconds to load, but it should deliver you to the main registration page.
- If clicking the "Next" button TWO times doesn't work, then you need to resize your vaccine card and upload again.
- To resize your vaccine card, open up the jpg/png file and click on the three dots at the top right corner.
- Select "resize." Select the smallest option (0.25 MP). Then upload the smaller version.
- You still need to click the "next" button TWO times, but you should be delivered to the registration page.

February 14, 2022 | Early Bird Deadline Extended
Due to intermittent issues occurring with our registration site, we have extended the Early Bird Deadline through February 22. If you need assistance with registering, please contact the ENAR office at enar@enar.org.
February 9, 2022 | Presenter Session Notifications Have Been Emailed
All presenters for the ENAR 2022 Spring Meeting should have received an email this morning that states your presentation style, day and time. If you did not receive this email or have any questions, please email Laura Stapleton.
February 8, 2022 | Website Access and Registration Features Intermittent
Access to members-only content and functions has been intermittent due to a system migration error. We are aware of the situation and are currently working with our IT team to diagnose and resolve. Please contact Laura Stapleton or Morgan Burkhardt with any questions or if you would like to register or renew over the phone or via email.
January 28, 2022 | ENAR 2022 Spring Meeting Update
Based on the recent survey results from our participants, the ENAR Executive Committee and the Regional Committee have decided that a hybrid Spring Meeting would best serve our members. We understand that each person’s situation is different, and a hybrid format allows ENAR to be as inclusive as possible.
What you can expect if you attend the meeting virtually:
Virtual participants will have access to the educational program, invited and contributed oral presentations, the Presidential Address, poster presentations, and virtual networking opportunities through the virtual meeting platform. Please note that there will be no penalties for switching from one format to the other at any time leading up to the Spring Meeting.
What you can expect if you attend the meeting in-person:
Our in-person ENAR 2022 Spring Meeting will have a focus on safety. Proof of a COVID-19 vaccination will be required during the registration process and masks will be required to be worn by all meeting participants, in all in-door meeting spaces. Meeting rooms will be set up to accommodate seating arrangements that adhere to social distancing guidelines.
We are excited that this new format will provide the best meeting experience for all. Some additional considerations are being discussed with the Marriott Marquis Houston to better serve our participants in a COVID-safe environment, including grab-and-go meals for attendees and other meeting space logistics. We ask that as you are making your lodging decisions, please prioritize staying at the conference hotel to help make these accommodations feasible. This will give ENAR the best financial support to keep this conference going for more years to come. Reservations at the ENAR room rate can be made here.
