Registration Details
The ENAR 2024 Spring Meeting will be hosted at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront in Baltimore, Maryland, March 10-13, 2024. The meeting brings together researchers and practitioners from academia, industry and government, connected through a common interest in Biometrics.
How to Register for the ENAR 2024 Spring Meeting
Registering as an ENAR member (or Other Society Member)
If you are an ENAR member or have registered for a previous ENAR event, you can register by logging into your ENAR account. If you are unsure of your log in credentials or have been locked out of your account, please contact the ENAR office at enar@enar.org.
Registering on Behalf of Someone
If you are registering a colleague or employee and wish to pay by credit card:
- Please call (703) 234-4146 or email enar@enar.org with “Registration assistance” in the subject line. We can process this registration over the phone, but will need registration details, including name, company affiliation and their registration selections.
- To streamline the registration process, please have the registrant complete the registration form .
Paying By Check
If you need to pay by check, please complete the registration form and include with the payment. (Note: If the form is not included and/or there is not a member name on the payment, it will extend our processing time.) If you need an invoice created for the registration fee, please contact the office at enar@enar.org and include “Registration assistance” in the subject line.
Registering When You Don’t Have an ENAR Account
If you are not an ENAR member and/or have not attended an ENAR event in the past, you will need to set up an ENAR record. You can do this one of the following ways:

- Once you have created your account, you can register for the ENAR 2024 Spring Meeting.
- Visit the ENAR 2024 Spring Meeting registration page here.
- Click the blue Register Now button.
- Look for this line: Create a new account
- If you complete this page and it comes back with a flag that says your email is in use, then your email is already assigned to a record. If this is the case, you can use a different email OR email the ENAR office at enar@enar.org and we can reset your log in credentials.
- Once you have your account set up, you can log in and register for the meeting.

**If you are registering as a WNAR or IBS member, you will need to contact the ENAR office at enar@enar.org to obtain a discount code for the correct registration rate. Please title your email: WNAR/IBS Member Registration.
*Non-member registration includes membership in ENAR through December 31, 2024.
ENAR Code of Conduct Policy**

Cancellation Policies
All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to enar@enar.org. Prior to the 9th of February, 75% of the meeting registration fee will be refunded or full amount can be carried to 2025. After the 9th of February, 75% of the registration fee can be carried over to 2025 and the remaining 25% registration fee will be applied to the admin fee. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. It will take a minimum of six (6) weeks to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued for no shows. No refunds will be issued for the cancellation of Short Courses, Tutorials or Roundtables.
Photo, Image and Recording Disclaimer
Registration and attendance at the ENAR 2024 Spring Meeting constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the ENAR’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photos, images, video, and/or audio recordings of such events without compensation or approval rights. All photos, images, and recordings are the property of ENAR.
Release of Personal Information for ENAR 2024 Spring Meeting
By registering, you agree to release your name, institution, and email address to our participating industry sponsors. If you wish to opt out of this release of personal information, please contact Executive Director Melissa Pomerene at mpomerene@virtualinc.com.
